An almost Devilish Wind

One day the devil and the wind were strolling together in Genoa. They chatted amably until they reached the Arcivescovado climb.
The devil entered the palace and asked the companion to wait for him outside. The wind waited and waited but the devil somehow settled down in the palace and he never came back. Since then the wind has waited for the devil, walking back and forth. That’s the reason why the nearby Arcivescovado climb always blows an almost devilish wind
